Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has appointed Pippa O’Regan to its executive leadership team.

Having joined the agency in 2016, Pippa has led key retail work for the agency, most recently in her current role as Clemenger BBDO Melbourne’s Managing Partner – Myer.

In addition to her appointment to the executive team, Pippa will lead the agency’s growth strategy in its retail capabilities and client base in the newly created role of Executive Director of Retail Business.

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Group CEO, Jim Gall, said, “Pippa has proven herself to be an astute and dynamic business leader who has led significant change in the agency’s approach to retail solutions, particularly over the last nine months.

“Pippa has led the Myer business brilliantly through a period of enormous change and the results have been outstanding, both in terms of the performance of the work and the quality of our creative product.

Pippa’s appointment is the third executive appointment Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has made this year, with Jacqueline Witts and Dave Keating joining in April.
