Sprinklr targets customer feedback management with AI-powered surveys

Customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform, Sprinklr, has made its foray into the customer feedback management (CFM) market with the launch of an AI-powered survey offering, Sprinklr Surveys.

Sprinklr Surveys is built on Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform and aims to help enterprises redefine their CFM process by combining solicited survey feedback with unsolicited feedback and internal business data.

The product is designed to address challenges faced by customer experience teams, including outdated traditional surveys, small datasets for surveys, and the need for multiple systems to close the feedback loop from surveys.

The new product offers unique capabilities such as an AI-assisted survey builder, modernised conversational surveys, automated insights, hypothesis testing with digital data, and integration with the Sprinklr Insights platform. These features aim to modernise the process of capturing customer feedback and deriving meaningful insights from it.

Sprinklr Founder and CEO, Ragy Thomas, commented on the launch, saying, "Sprinklr Surveys will help enterprises redefine their CFM process by combining solicited survey feedback with unsolicited feedback and internal business data to derive meaningful, actionable insights. Modernised surveys with conversational UI are the future of research and critical for brands that want to accurately capture feedback from customers."

The launch of Sprinklr Surveys represents a significant step for the company in expanding its product offerings and entering the CFM market. It also highlights the growing importance of integrating AI and data analytics in customer feedback management to deliver more personalised and effective customer experiences.

Sprinklr Surveys is currently in limited availability, with a broader rollout expected in the near future. The product's launch underscores Sprinklr's commitment to innovation and its focus on helping businesses better understand and serve their customers through data-driven insights.
