Tealium releases new solutions to enhance AI performance with customer data

Customer data platform (CDP), Tealium, has launched a new suite of solutions aimed at enhancing AI performance through improved data collection, management, and actionability.

The new offerings are designed to fuel AI models with consented, filtered, and enriched data, bridging the AI innovation gap and addressing the challenges of data readiness and governance.

CEO of Tealium, Jeff Lunsford, emphasised the importance of consented, enriched, and contextual data for successful AI projects. "As businesses explore the transformative potential of AI, Tealium provides an optimal balance of flexibility and control. As core AI models become more accessible and commoditised, businesses will see a proliferation of adoption and use cases, and will be required to address the challenges of data readiness and governance."

Key features of Tealium for AI include data collection, data governance, contextual data labelling, data standardisation, and data activation. The platform is designed to work seamlessly with AI outputs and activate the results in real-time. The solutions can be combined with prominent AI-powered decisioning platforms for more relevant interactions.
