CX Lavender has appointed Kirsty Angus as Client Services Director and promoted Jamie Parfitt to Head of Strategy. 

Angus has worked in senior strategy roles for firms including Wunderman Thompson, Dare Digital, One Green Bean, Pulse Collective, Leo Burnett, AMV BBDO and McCann.

Joining the leadership team at CX Lavender Angus will oversee the firm’s business management unit, strategic revenue and new business.  

Jamie Parfitt has been promoted from Senior Strategy Director. The agency said making him Head of Strategy more accurately reflects his contribution to clients and the business.
