Independent agency CX Lavender has expanded its creative department with four new hires following a period of growth over the past six months.

The new hires are Meg Williams and Luke Ryan as Senior Copywriters, Michael Orfanos as Art Director, and Mike Cunningham as Senior Designer. Williams previously worked at VCCP Singapore, Ryan at Hula and DDB Aotearoa in New Zealand, Orfanos at The Hallway and Akcelo, and Cunningham at Bear Meets Eagle on Fire.

The new team members will report to Creative Director Claire Austin and Creative Director Russell Nelson, and Design Lead Ingrid Spiga. They started their roles in November and their client work spans Westpac, Zambrero, Mine Super, and BlueScope Steel.

The agency's recent client wins include Zambrero, Fletcher Insulation, and Victoria University.
