Experian acquires Audigen to bolster marketing data and identity capabilities
Global data and technology company, Experian, has acquired Audigent, a leading data activation and identity platform in the advertising industry. The acquisition is aimed at expanding Experian's marketing data and identity capabilities within the advertising ecosystem.
Audigent's first-party publisher data and vast inventory network will add sell-side distribution to Experian's existing demand-side capabilities. The two companies have previously partnered to deliver industry-leading innovations, including the integration of Experian data into the Audigent SmartPMP and the creation of Experian Contextually-Indexed Audiences.
"Experian data and identity solutions already underpin much of today's advertising spend," said Group President, Experian Financial and Marketing Solutions, Scott Brown. "With our acquisition of Audigent, we're bolstering our industry recognized best-in-class data and technology, enabling a better understanding of consumers and driving better outcomes for marketers."
Experian is committed to delivering privacy-forward addressability, made more seamless through Audigent's solutions. Experian's data and identity solutions are used for audience-based marketing information planning, activation and measurement. The addition of Audigent will amplify these capabilities.
