CulturalPulse strengthens client services with Rohan Nayee appointment
CulturalPulse, an independent multicultural marketing and media agency, has announced the appointment of Rohan Nayee as client services director.
With two decades of experience in brand and agency roles, Nayee has previously worked with industry giants such as WPP, Omnicom, Marley Spoon, and Pernod Ricard. His appointment is part of CulturalPulse's strategy to enhance its client service capabilities and support its ongoing growth phase.
Nayee will be responsible for leading client partnerships and delivery across various sectors, including government, sport, arts, and commercial brands. He joins a client service team that includes Gabriella Angel, Communications & Campaign Manager, and Jake Swarts, General Manager - Client Delivery.
CulturalPulse collaborates with major organisations such as Commonwealth Bank, Football Australia, the Department of Home Affairs, the National Basketball League (NBL), and Coles. Recently, the agency embarked on a new project with the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI), which Nayee will lead. The agency also maintains relationships with Rawson Homes and the Cancer Institute NSW.
CulturalPulse specialises in media, marketing, and communications tailored for culturally diverse audiences. The agency employs a multi-faceted media approach and utilises AskGenie Cultural Analytics to provide data-driven insights.
Rohan Nayee said, "CulturalPulse has built a reputation for helping brands engage diverse communities with real intelligence and trust. At a time when cultural relevance is critical to both brand growth and social impact, it’s a mission I feel deeply connected to. I’m excited to work with the team to lead and support clients in shaping bold, meaningful multicultural strategies that unlock the potential of diverse communities, building lasting connections."
CulturalPulse chief commercial officer Tim Kirby said, "Rohan brings a rare mix of client-side and agency leadership experience with a track record of building trusted partnerships that deliver growth. Our recent hires in the client service team continue to build the expertise to deliver at scale and raise the standard of client excellence in multicultural marketing at a time when it is increasingly proving to be a growth driver for so many Aussie businesses."
