D3's path unfolds.
D3 strengthens leadership with key senior appointments
NZ Indie media agency D3 has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of senior data, tech, SEO and client partner specialists.
Torsten Stolt has been appointed as Head of Data & Technology. Stolt brings nearly two decades of experience in data strategy, analytics, and AI/Machine Learning solutions. Prior to joining D3, he served as Business Intelligence Director at Together for five years.
Stolt said, "Data has always been central to effective marketing, but the industry is now at a tipping point. Brands need solid data foundations to compete in a world shaped by AI and shifting privacy rules. I’m excited to help D3’s clients move from talking about transformation to making it real - building systems and strategies that create lasting commercial advantage."
In addition to Stolt, Alex Duval has been appointed as Head of SEO & Experience. Duval has over ten years of expertise in SEO, CRO, and content strategy, having worked with agencies such as Sprocket and Krunch.co. His role will focus on enhancing D3's capabilities in search engine optimisation and user experience.
Courtney Barnett joins as Client Partner, bringing with her a wealth of international and local agency leadership experience. Barnett's previous roles include positions at IPG Mediabrands in London and GroupM New Zealand. Her appointment aims to strengthen D3's client relations and partnership strategies.
The new leadership team will work alongside General Manager Lani Jamieson and co-founders Richard Thompson and Alex Radford.
Jamieson said, "Our clients want clarity and confidence as the industry shifts. With leaders like Torsten, Alex and Courtney on board, we’re bringing together the right expertise to guide them through that change.
