Sarah Kennedy joins Johnson Partners as healthcare practice leader

Sarah Kennedy has been appointed as a partner and leader of the Healthcare, Life Sciences & Aged Care Practices at Johnson Partners.

Kennedy brings over 25 years of experience in executive search and is an experienced Non-Executive Director in the healthcare sector.

Her expertise spans ASX-listed, private, not-for-profit, and private equity-backed organisations across various sectors. These include Primary & Secondary Healthcare, Aged Care & Disability, Education & Industry Associations, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology.

Kennedy is recognised for her understanding of the healthcare landscape both locally and internationally.

Kennedy has a track record of numerous CEO, COO, CMO, and broader C-suite and Clinical Specialist appointments. Prior to joining Johnson Partners, she was a Partner at Alex Kaar for over eight years, where she led the healthcare practice nationally.
