Data's new frontier,
Adele Burke takes the helm,
InfoSum sails clear.
InfoSum nabs former EssenceMediacom GM as first ANZ sales director
InfoSum has appointed Adele Burke to lead the data clean room platform's go-to-market sales strategy in the newly created role of sales director for Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining InfoSum, Burke spent 13 years at EssenceMediacom Australia, most recently serving as General Manager of the Sydney office and working with high-profile accounts such as Coca-Cola, eBay, Bayer, Richemont, KFC, Snackbrands, Airbnb, Stockland, and Sony.
SVP APAC at InfoSum, Richard Knott, said: "Adele brings with her in-depth media and marketing insight and experience, a proven track-record of delivering results for marketers and an exceptional network. She is the ideal person to build upon InfoSum’s strong foundational presence in Australia and New Zealand and take our privacy-by-design data collaboration solutions to a wider audience of agencies, brands and media owners."
InfoSum is a data clean room platform that enables multiple parties to collaborate across customer data in a privacy-safe manner that minimises risk of exposure or misuse. Launched in Australia and New Zealand in April 2022, the adtech business has since formed partnerships with media owners including News Corp Australia and Foxtel, retail media including Unpacked by FlyBuys, now Coles360, and agency groups including Annalect, along with several high-profile brands.
"I’ve spent over two decades leveraging data, insights, creativity, and technology to lead and grow businesses, so I jumped at the opportunity to join InfoSum at a moment in time when privacy-first data collaboration is becoming so critical to power innovative marketing strategies. Data clean rooms are being rapidly adopted by brands and their agencies to drive valuable insights and better marketing outcomes for brands, and I’m looking forward to helping more brands realise the value of data collaboration," said Burke.
