MediaCom has hired Carl Colman as Melbourne managing director. 

Colman spent more than a decade with ZenithOptimedia and Publicis Mojo in Sydney and Melbourne. He then undertook a two and a half year stint with News as national customer solutions director, before returning to Publicis as chief client officer four years ago.

At MediaCom, Colman will work closely with Nicole Boyd, now managing partner of the Victorian Government account.

"Carl is a proven leader and has a wide skillset that is ideal in terms of helping unlock growth for our clients and our people.
