AI agents rise fast,

Boomi leads the way.

Boomi claims take-up of its Agentstudio has skyrocketed

Boomi Agentstudio is reporting that it has propelled over 50,000 AI agents into production globally since its launch earlier this year.

The platform, which became generally available in May 2025, is being utilised by customers such as Lexitas, SPIE, and Avalara to transition AI from experimental phases to full-scale production.

John Baker, CIO of Lexitas said, "Boomi Agentstudio is giving us the opportunity to reimagine what automation could look like in our business. The promise of orchestrating agents that act, adapt, and collaborate with teams cross functionally, has us excited about the potential to move far beyond simple task automation."

Boomi's partner ecosystem is contributing to the momentum, it says, with partners like Tech Mahindra, Onepoint, and Jade Global having developed and published over 300 agentic workflow templates on the Boomi Marketplace.

Atul Soneja, Chief Operating Officer at Tech Mahindra noted, "As enterprises race from AI experiments to production, the real inflection point lies in agentic automation that is governed, trustworthy, and measurable. By building and publishing AI agents on the Boomi Marketplace, Tech Mahindra can deliver proven, repeatable solutions to customers worldwide. The speed at which we can bring new offerings to market with Boomi is unmatched, and customers benefit immediately from ready-to-deploy agents."

Boomi positions its Enterprise Platform as a foundational element for scaling agentic AI, offering features such as governance, lifecycle control, Model Context Protocol (MCP) support, real-time anomaly detection, and predictable, machine-readable I/O. The platform embeds governance directly into its design, providing monitoring, anomaly detection, and full agent lifecycle management.

Nick Patience, Vice President and Practice Lead for AI Platforms at Futurum said, "As organisations move from experimenting with AI agents to running them in mission-critical environments, governance becomes non-negotiable. Without visibility and control, agents can create risk rather than value. Vendors that provide governance alongside cross-provider support are shaping the future of enterprise agentic transformation."

Boomi claims leadership in AI-driven automation, with a customer base exceeding 25,000 and a network of more than 800 partners. The company asserts that its platform's capabilities empower innovation while ensuring governance, trust, and enterprise-grade scale.

Steve Lucas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Boomi said, "Customers are scaling AI agents into production, and partners are bringing new solutions to market at record speed, both powered by Boomi Agentstudio. This dual momentum reflects the unique strength of the Boomi Enterprise Platform: empowering innovation while ensuring governance, trust, and enterprise-grade scale. Together with our customers and partners, we're building the future of agentic transformation."
