Publicis Media CEO Toby Barbour exits

By Press release - Publicis Media

Publicis Media CEO Toby Barbour has resigned from his role after being promoted in July last year.

Barbour had been leading both Publicis Media and Starcom up until last week when ex-Red Rooster boss Nick Keenan took over as CEO.

Joining Starcom in 2013, Barbour had held numerous roles within the agency.

“On behalf of Publicis, I would like to thank Toby for the leadership, commitment and integrity he has shown in the six and a half years he has been with us, including leading Starcom Australia as CEO," Publicis Groupe ANZ CEO, Michael Rebelo says.

“In the time he has been chief executive of Publicis Media, Toby has galvanised the leadership team across Australia and New Zealand, brought in two new world-class CEOs to lead Spark Foundry and Starcom, and forged a clear direction and purpose for our media agency brands to set them up for success and growth as we continue to evolve our business. We wish Toby the very best of luck for the future.”
