The new team members include Olivia Bjurstrom, who joins from GA Agency, Sagar Luthra from Zenith and Advisable, and Alan Piggott from Granite Digital. These appointments are part of Rocket Agency's strategy to support its expanding service offerings.

The agency's Graduate Program, known as Rocket Academy, has also welcomed new talent. James Thjin from the University of Technology Sydney and Thomas Fielder from Newcastle University have joined the SEO team. Meanwhile, Rachael Glover from Macquarie University has been added to the Paid Media team.

Aimee Kell has rejoined the Paid Social team after a period in Europe, and Elaine Ho from Metropolis Agency has taken up a position in the Account Management team.

Rocket Agency employs over 50 experts and focuses on SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Creative services. The agency has been recognised with over 35 industry awards, including 'Best Marketing Agency' by the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and 'Best Large Integrated Search Agency' at the APAC Search Awards.

Co-Founder of Rocket Agency, James Lawrence, said: "The demand for our SEO product has grown tremendously over the past 12 months. Working with Joe Alder, our Head of SEO, I am pleased to announce these hires. Our SEO team is doing some incredible work pioneering large language model optimisation and offering our clients a cutting-edge approach to meet the changing way Australians search online.

"Our growth is a direct reflection of our team's dedication to delivering more than great results for our clients. Bringing in new talent strengthens our ability to stay ahead, and we’re committed to expanding further by continuing to hire across our creative, client services and paid media teams to meet the growing demand for digital.

"We’re focused on hiring the right people to maintain our growth trajectory and continue making an impact for our clients."
