Cognizant and Salesforce unveil new services for Asia-Pacific SMBs

Cognizant and Salesforce have introduced two new services targeting small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the Asia-Pacific region, encompassing Australia, New Zealand, and India. These services are designed to assist SMBs in overcoming budget constraints and limitations posed by legacy systems by providing access to enterprise-level innovations.

The newly launched services are Cognizant Managed Contact Center Services for SMBs and Cognizant Managed Marketing Services for SMBs. Both services are built on Salesforce's platform and utilise its data cloud personalisation capabilities. They are delivered under a flexible managed services subscription model, which aims to enhance access to enterprise-grade innovation and cost-efficiency for growing businesses.

Cognizant Managed Contact Center Services for SMBs is a cloud-native solution intended to improve customer service delivery across multiple channels. It seeks to reduce infrastructure and license management needs. Key benefits of this contact center service include faster deployment, increased productivity, and enhanced performance and efficiency through AI-driven insights and predictive analytics.

Cognizant Managed Marketing Services for SMBs aims to simplify and scale digital marketing efforts with hyper-personalised campaigns optimised in real-time. The marketing service offers benefits such as real-time campaign optimisation, personalised content delivery, precision targeting, and a cost-effective, scalable model.
