Digital Island partners with Verint to enhance CX automation in New Zealand
New Zealand-based provider of cloud communications and contact centre solutions, Digital Island, has entered a strategic partnership with Verint to introduce advanced customer experience (CX) automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to businesses across New Zealand.
Through this partnership, Digital Island's customers will gain access to Verint's Open CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) platform. This platform is designed to deliver faster AI business outcomes at scale, streamline customer interactions, and provide differentiated service experiences. Digital Island is one of only two official Verint partners in New Zealand, highlighting the exclusivity of this collaboration.
The partnership grants Digital Island exclusive access to AI automation capabilities, including intelligent virtual assistants, knowledge management, and workforce optimisation. These technologies are intended to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations.
