Gotcha4life, Chemist Warehouse, and Gillette unite for men's mental fitness

Gotcha4Life Foundation, Chemist Warehouse, and Gillette collaborated to host a luncheon on June 4th, 2025, in recognition of Men's Health Month.

The event, centred on mental fitness, featured a panel discussion led by journalist Jonathon Moran. Participants included Gotcha4Life Founder Gus Worland, Army Major and cancer survivor Hugo Toovey, Design Expert Neale Whitaker, and AFL Premiership Captain and podcast host Trent Cotchin.

Gotcha4Life was established in 2017 by Gus Worland following the suicide of a close friend. The foundation's mission is to enhance men's mental wellbeing and reduce suicide rates across Australia. Chemist Warehouse has been a partner of Gotcha4Life since its inception, contributing over $6.1 million towards mental fitness initiatives.

"We couldn’t do what we do without the support of Chemist Warehouse - our biggest supporters from the start. With their help, we've reached over half a million Aussies through our programs and workshops. But that's just the beginning—there are so many more people we need to reach to ensure no one has to worry alone," said Worland.

Until July 9th, 2025, Chemist Warehouse will donate 5% of sales from selected brands to Gotcha4Life. This initiative also includes proceeds from the sale of 'Mateship' wristbands and till donations. Additionally, Gotcha4Life Men's Care Boxes, priced at $19.99, are available at Chemist Warehouse. These boxes contain grooming products and are designed to promote discussions about mental health.

Gotcha4Life utilises the funds raised to implement mental fitness campaigns, workshops, and resources throughout Australia. The focus is on building emotional resilience and promoting help-seeking behaviour among men.

Chief Operating Officer of Chemist Warehouse, Mario Tascone, said: "We’ve been behind Gotcha4Life since day one because what they’re doing really matters. It’s a cause close to our hearts, and an organisation we are so proud to partner with once again. Looking forward to seeing what we can do next!"
