LinkedIn appoints former Meta, Apple, Indeed marketer Jensen as global chief marketing & strategy officer
LinkedIn has named Jessica Jensen as its new global chief marketing and strategy officer, with the former Indeed marketing chief to lead the professional networking platform's global marketing, brand and corporate strategy.
During her four years at Indeed, Jensen was responsible for brand, communication, product, and acquisition marketing globally. She previously spent three years as head of platforms, products and insights, business marketing for Facebook, Instagram and Messenger at Meta, as well as a stint as global head of product marketing for Apple's iAD and has previously worked at Yahoo.
"I am elated to share that I'm joining LinkedIn as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer! I've admired the company for over 20 years, and as many of you know, am a hyper-active poster," said Jensen.
"I have watched LinkedIn grow and innovate into a remarkable talent, advertising, and educational platform, all while helping so many people learn and grow as professionals. As our CEO Ryan Roslansky says, we are the world's career coach, classroom and talent marketplace -- and I can't wait to take our platform to the next billion people around the world. Thank you, LinkedIn family, for welcoming me. I look forward to connecting with all of you. Let's get this party started!"
