Mars Foods backs startups producing edible insects and imitation meat

Support in the forms of grants and mentoring forms part of Mars’ new Seeds of Change accelerator program

Mars is tracking the trend towards more plant-based eating, with more people looking to switch at least partially to alternatives.
Mars will look to "possibly" develop products with the startups in the accelerator.
