Binge bundles in with Netflix ahead of HBO Max launch
Binge has partnered up with US streamer Netflix to launch a discounted bundle for both ad-supported and standard tiers, offering a saving of between 22 to 39% for new, existing and returning customers.
It comes less than two weeks ahead of the launch of Warner Bros. Discovery's Max streaming platform into the Australian market on March 31, which will mark the end of HBO and WBD discovery content availability on Binge and other Foxtel platforms. The bundle deals are available until April 30.
The promotional pricing for the Binge Basic and Netflix Standard With Ads tier starts at $10.99 per month for 12 months, offering a $7 monthly saving, equating to a 39% discount. The Binge Standard and Netflix Standard bundle is priced at $27.99 per month, providing a $10 monthly saving, which translates to a 26% discount. Additionally, the Binge Standard and Netflix Premium bundle is available at $34.99 per month, also offering a $10 monthly saving, representing a 22% discount.
Binge is actively promoting new original content, including 'The Last Anniversary', which is set to premiere on March 27, and the latest season of 'The White Lotus'. Meanwhile, Netflix's upcoming content slate includes 'Formula 1: Drive to Survive S7', 'The Electric State', 'Black Mirror: Season 7', 'The Residence', and 'Pulse'.
