Droga5 ANZ has promoted Kezia Quinn into the role of the Principal Director of its Sydney office, after more than three years leading the team as general manager.

Quinn first joined the agency, then The Monkeys, in 2017. Her career trajectory within the agency has seen her play a pivotal role in its integration with Accenture and its subsequent transformation into Droga5 ANZ. Under her leadership, the agency redefined its strategic positioning within Accenture Song and underwent a successful rebranding process.

During Quinn's tenure, Droga5 ANZ has experienced its most awarded period in its 19-year history. She led the campaign "The First Digital Nation" for the Government of Tuvalu, which earned the Dan Wieden Titanium Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions 2023. Another campaign, "Play It Safe" for the Sydney Opera House, secured the Film Grand Prix at Cannes Lions 2024.

Quinn currently oversees the agency's relationship with NRMA Insurance, a key client for Accenture Song. This partnership encompasses various aspects, including marketing, customer experience, digital, and design.
