Zip Business partners with Mindbox to fuel small business BNPL growth

Zip Business has appointed Mindbox to run its digital marketing and media services, including strategy, media, consulting, insight, technology and customer experience, with the aim to drive growth for the small business-focused BNPL company.

  • Starting immediately, Mindbox will handle digital advertising, retargeting and strategy for Zip Business, which launched in 2020 to help small businesses access capital and fund growth.

Zip Business, a division of major Buy Now, Pay Later company Zip Co, has partnered with strategic marketing and media consultancy Mindbox to grow its data, digital advertising and engagement.

Starting immediately, Mindbox will use AI to drive a digital advertising and retargeting strategy to reach new and existing customers and provide data to the business to make better decisions.

The focus of the first two years of the partnership will be to “leverage ongoing data in order to drive engagement, influence future campaigns,” the agency’s founder and CEO, Nic Halley, said.

Zip Business’s Director of Marketing, Sera Awad, said the partnership will allow the company to reach even more small business and provide them with interest-free liquidity.

Mindbox has operated in digital marketing and media services for over 20 years and has clients including health insurance giant HCF, as well as DHL, Commonwealth Bank and NSW Department of Industry.
