The Royals hires Kirsten Dunlaevy to drive growth

Creative agency The Royals has created a new Head of Business role, appointing Kirsten Dunlaevy to drive growth.

  • She joins the agency following continued growth in the Sydney office.

Kirsten Dunlaevy has joined The Royals in the newly created of Head of Business Sydney, bringing global experience in facilitating growth and building strong client relationships.

Following an initial slowdown at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Royals posted strong business growth in the second half of 2020. Dunlaevy will lead relationships with key clients, and in partnership with the management team is tasked with spearheading the agency’s expansion.

Dunlaevy was most recently Group Director, Client Services & Business Development at R/GA Australia.

Prior to moving to Australia, she worked in New York at agencies including DDB, FCB and Saatchi & Saatchi.
