First photos: Winners and highlights from the CMO Awards gala event

On 7 May, more than 170 of Australia's marketing and industry leadership finest gathered at the Eveleigh at the Grounds ballroom to witness the reveal of the first-ever CMO Awards winners and finalists. This annual program, powered by Mi3, is all about recognising marketing leadership excellence and rewarded progressive and effective marketing efforts through a main CMOs of the Year category, as well as dedicated First-Time CMO of the Year and SMB of the Year. The hotly contested CMOs of the Year resulted in 51 finalists, then a top 25 list. As part of the inaugural CMO Awards, we also had a specialist category dedicated to the growth unlocking efforts of Australian brands: Best Growth Initiative of the Year, powered by Publicis Groupe. Here are some of our first pics from the prestigious night on our top 10 winners.
