Altos Tequila partners with Australian Open for 2026 debut

Tennis Australia has announced a new partnership with Altos Tequila, designating it as the Official Tequila of the Australian Open. The collaboration will make its debut at the 2026 tournament.

Altos will offer a range of tequila-based cocktails at the event, including a specially crafted Australian Open cocktail. The centrepiece of this collaboration will be Casa Altos, a dedicated area on the Grand Slam Oval featuring a nine-metre long bar serving signature cocktails.

Dre Masso, co-creator and global ambassador of Altos Tequila, is set to attend the event, leading celebrations and engaging with attendees.

Kristy Rutherford, Marketing Director at Pernod Ricard ANZ, highlighted the significance of the event, stating, "Altos will be bringing some of the most popular cocktails in the country, alongside a custom AO cocktail."

Tennis Australia’s Chief Commercial Officer, Cedric Cornelis said, "We’re delighted to welcome Altos Tequila to the Australian Open family. The AO is all about celebrating tennis, summer and culture, and Altos brings a vibrant energy that fits perfectly with that spirit."

Cornelis added, "From Casa Altos on Grand Slam Oval to courtside cocktails, this partnership is set to elevate the fan experience in a fresh and exciting way."

Rutherford concluded, "Our home on Grand Slam Oval, Casa Altos, brings to life our individual lifestyle. This is a tequila with true heart, and having Dre Masso here to share it with the thousands set to join us at Casa Altos will bring it to life for spectators even more."
