Strategic content blooms bright,
Soffiah's new dawn.

Former JWT CEO debuts AI platform Soffiah.ai for SMEs
John Gutteridge, former CEO of J. Walter Thompson and Mirum Asia Pacific, has taken the wrappers off Soffiah.ai, an AI-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. The platform is designed to assist small-to-medium-sized businesses and emerging brands in creating strategic, on-brand marketing content.
Soffiah.ai provides AI-powered tools aimed at content creation, brand development, and brainstorming. It has reportedly gained traction among businesses such as PharmaCare Australia and Ainsworth Dental. The platform includes a proprietary Brand Canvas to guide users through the process of brand development. Additional tools offered by Soffiah include Soffuse for image editing, branded content generation, and AI-powered brainstorming.
The development team behind Soffiah includes Gutteridge, Dr. Zoe Zhang, and Claire Huang.
"We invested significant time designing a complex schema and manually training Soffiah on thousands of critical data points." Gutteridge stated. "Marketing without strategy is vacuous and ineffective, and many smaller businesses just aren't equipped with the marketing experience and knowhow, and can't afford to hire agencies either.
"So, with Soffiah, we're trying to level the playing field using AI to give these businesses access to global best practice and affordable asset creation."
Ashley Smith, General Manager of PharmaCare, commented on the platform's utility: "Our brand marketing team has been using Soffiah for several months to create high-quality, cost-effective, on-brand digital content at lightning speed. With each asset we generate, the platform improves, delivering increasingly better results."
David Smith, owner of Ainsworth Dental, shared his experience: "Soffiah has helped me appreciate the level of rigour and insight that goes into building a brand. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. We have a very small marketing budget and no real marketing experience, so Soffiah is perfect for our needs."
Dr. Zhang highlighted the platform's adaptability: "The Soffiah AI engine is finely tuned to each brand's unique identity".
"We're combining years of marketing expertise with the fastest and most sophisticated AI technology to meet diverse content needs. The engine adapts to users' specific requirements, ensuring every piece of content remains on-brand, professional, and highly personalised."
Huang said the team has built Soffiah to seamlessly integrate AI, technology, design, and marketing into one smooth workflow. Gutteridge also mentioned future plans:
"Soffiah is part of a larger proposition we are taking to market. Within this, the SaaS platform becomes the foundation for broader, customised AI solutions for a range of small to enterprise businesses. We'll be sharing more details on this very soon."
The platform is available with a 30-day free trial and offers three-tiered monthly pricing options: Starter at US$29 per month, Standard at US$59 per month, and Pro at US$199 per month. Soffiah is part of a broader proposition for customised AI solutions tailored to business needs.
