Genesys Cloud reports 40% YoY growth, $1.8Bn annual recurring revenue in Q3 FY25

AI-powered experience business Genesys has published its results for the third quarter of FY25, posting more than 40 per cent year-over-year (YoY) growth for its Genesys Cloud platform, and nearly $1.8 billion in annual recurring revenue.

The platform's net revenue retention has surpassed 120% for the 11th quarter in a row, with the growth largely attributed to the success of Genesys Cloud AI, which now accounts for over 10% of the platform's new business.

The Genesys Cloud platform is used by more than 6,000 organisations worldwide, including notable customers such as Australian customer lifecycle management platform Prvdr, ESPN, and AAA Life Insurance Company. The number of Genesys Cloud customers using native digital bots has increased nearly 90% year-over-year, while the quantity of native digital bot conversations has increased 4X year-over-year. Genesys Cloud Agent Copilot summaries generated during the third quarter increased more than 20X year-over-year.

Genesys was recognised as a Leader in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service, positioned highest for its Ability to Execute. The company was also recognised in the Gartner Critical Capabilities Report, where it is the highest-ranked vendor in three of five Use Cases.

For the second consecutive year, Genesys was recognised by Amazon Web Services (AWS) as Customer Experience Partner of the Year (Technology). Genesys Cloud CX earned a 2025 Buyer’s Choice Award from Trust Radius, a trusted buyer intelligence platform for business technology.

Genesys was recognised as a Great Place to Work across 14 countries in 2024, with approximately 90% of its surveyed employees believing the company to be a great place to work.
