Bright future awaits.

Jack Nimble reshuffles leadership as co-founders step down
Social-first creative agency and production company Jack Nimble is undergoing a significant leadership transition as co-founders Adam Wise and Angus Mullane step down to make way for the next generation of leadership and to spend more time with their families.
Long-standing employees James McInnes and Hayley Olsson have been promoted to key roles to take on the day-to-day leadership of the business.
McInnes, who has been with Jack Nimble for four years, will step into the role of managing partner, while Olsson, a six-year veteran of the company, has been promoted to executive producer. The pair will be supported by group general manager, Hannah Jones, who will continue leading Jack Nimble and Sparro’s people and operations functions.
Founded in 2017, Jack Nimble was acquired by Sparro in 2021. Since its acquisition, the agency has grown from a team of eight to over 30, with a client list that includes American Express, Spotify, Netflix, LinkedIn, eBay, Bond University, ASIC, The Leukaemia Foundation, and AMP.
In January 2024, Sparro and Jack Nimble were acquired by Brainlabs, a multi-national independent media agency based in the UK.
"We’re grateful to Adam and Angus for the incredible business they’ve worked hard to build. Morris and I look forward to seeing Jack Nimble grow in its next phase under James’ leadership and we’re glad that Sparro can be the solid foundation on which the agency can continue to grow. Jack Nimble’s unique blend of social-first creative and production capabilities are genuinely world-class, clients love their work, and we’re confident that the agency will continue to thrive in the future," said co-founder of Sparro, Cameron Bryant.
"Jack Nimble has made a huge impact on the industry under Adam and Angus’ leadership, so it’s an honour to step into this role and continue building on the foundation they’ve created. The brand, the culture and the team they’ve built is second-to-none, so I’m confident that the future is incredibly bright," said McInnes.
