Temu partners with ShipStation to boost logistics for Australian sellers
Fast fashion and home goods giant Temu has partnered with cloud-based shipping solutions firm ShipStation to enhance logistics capabilities for Australian sellers. The partnership is part of Temu's local-to-local program in Australia, which aims to offer local businesses a low-cost sales channel.
The integration between Temu and ShipStation allows Australian merchants to connect their Temu store with ShipStation, streamlining order fulfilment processes. ShipStation provides over 400 integrations with carriers, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and technology providers, offering a comprehensive solution for merchants.
Temu opened its platform to Australian sellers in March 2025, aiming to provide more locally relevant products and faster delivery times. Since its entry into the Australian market in March 2023, the platform has achieved a 72% year-over-year increase in unique visitors, as reported by Similarweb's 2025 Digital 100 Australia report.
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Auctane, Michael Haswell, ShipStation’s parent company, said: "ShipStation is dedicated to enabling merchants to succeed, everywhere they sell. Our integration with Temu reflects this commitment by providing sellers with the tools they need to efficiently manage orders and deliver exceptional customer experiences across this rapidly growing marketplace."
A spokesperson for Temu said: "Temu is committed to helping sellers succeed by providing practical tools and reliable support. Through our partnership with ShipStation, merchants can simplify fulfilment, improve delivery performance, and expand their reach across the country. We look forward to seeing more local businesses thrive on our platform."
