Honeycomb Strategy makes two key leadership promotions
Independently owned market research and behavioural science agency Honeycomb Strategy has bolstered its leadership with the promotion of Jacqueline Nguyen to Operations Director and Jason Morris to the newly created position of Head of Quantitative Strategy.
Nguyen joined Honeycomb in 2021 as a Project Manager and advanced to Operations Manager in 2023. She will now lead the agency's business operations. Her new responsibilities include optimizing workflows, enhancing quality control, and implementing scalable working methods. Prior to her tenure at Honeycomb, Nguyen held roles at The Lab Insight and Strategy and Focus People.
Morris, who joined Honeycomb in 2022 as Strategy Director, will focus on evolving the agency's quantitative offerings and driving thought leadership at the intersection of quantitative and behavioural science. His previous experience includes a position as Senior Research Manager at Sportsbet, as well as research roles at Nature Research and account management roles in New Zealand and the UK.

The promotions are part of Honeycomb's preparation for the next phase of business growth. The agency is investing heavily in AI capabilities, with products currently in trials with top Australian brands.
