Nine Audio strengthens commercial leadership, recruits former SCA, ACP, ARN execs
Nine Audio has completed formation of its national commercial leadership team as part of a strategic transition aimed at enhancing its market presence and capitalising on the increasing consumption of audio content.
Amanda Unwin has been appointed as the Sydney Sales Director for Nine Audio. Christine Lester is set to join the team as the Melbourne Sales Director in mid-August. Lester brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) and Australian Consolidated Press (ACP).
Michael Graham is also scheduled to join Nine Audio in mid-August as the Brisbane Sales Director. Graham's background includes commercial leadership positions at Car Expert, SCA, Australian Radio Network (ARN), and Nova.
In Perth, Noel Quick, who is currently serving as Group Business Director at Nine Perth, assumed the role of Sales Director for Nine Audio on July 1. Quick is expected to transition to a full-time position by September 30.
Jonathon Mandel has been appointed as the National Head of Digital Sales. Mandel joins from Bolster and has previous experience working at LiSTNR.
Rick Lenarcic will transition from his current role as National Head of Direct Sales to Head of Sales Operations. In this new position, Lenarcic will oversee multiple teams across Nine Audio's radio business.
Chris Gregson will lead the Powered Audio team, which will integrate with Nine Radio's creative services. This move is part of Nine Audio's strategy to strengthen its creative and commercial capabilities.
