Greater Bank launches first campaign from It's Friday

Greater Bank has rolled out an integrated campaign to support the launch of its new Digital Home Loan product. The work is the first developed by the bank's new creative agency agency of record, It's Friday.

The campaign aims to challenge the traditional home loan processes and highlight Greater Bank's commitment to providing value to its customers. The Digital Home Loan product is designed to streamline the application process, allowing customers to apply online in under 15 minutes without the need for any paperwork.

The campaign features a television commercial that includes a life-sized museum exhibit diorama, illustrating a traditional home loan application process. This creative approach is intended to underscore the contrast between old and new methods of applying for home loans.

Chief Creative Officer at It's Friday, Vince Lagana, said: "For Greater Bank, home loans have entered the digital age - fast, easy, and actually built around you. So we built a museum to remind everyone what the old way looked like. If you’re still filling out forms and waiting on hold, you’re not applying, you’re time travelling. Frozen in the home loan past like a relic. Time to break free."

The campaign was launched on 13th July 2025 and is set to run across multiple platforms, including broadcast, online video, out-of-home (OOH), radio/audio, digital, and social media. The media strategy for the campaign is managed by Atomic 212.

Head of Brand and Marketing at Greater Bank parent company NGM Group, Kate Messenger, said: "With Greater Bank’s Digital Home Loan campaign we wanted to launch a new era in home lending and It’s Friday’s campaign delivers on the boldness of that ambition —giving borrowers the confidence to move decisively toward a better way of doing things."

The production team for the campaign includes Director Justin McMillan and Executive Producer Susannah Myerson. Post-production was handled by Heckler, with Executive Producer Will Alexander overseeing the process.
