Sitecore releases AI-driven platform to enhance digital customer engagement
Sitecore has introduced Sitecore.ai, a platform designed to assist marketers in exploring the future of digital customer engagement through AI-generated content, video, and audio. This initiative is part of Sitecore's AI-first, cloud-native digital experience platform, XM Cloud, aimed at omnichannel content optimisation.
The platform is intended to showcase the potential of agentic AI in transforming marketing practices, with a focus on real-time personalisation, conversational discovery, and intelligent automation. Sitecore.ai is positioned to "spark curiosity, provoke conversation, and build marketers' confidence in using AI."
Regal Rexnord, a manufacturer specialising in electric motors and industrial automation solutions, has launched new digital properties on the XM Cloud platform. This move is part of Regal Rexnord's broader digital transformation strategy.
Chief Digital and Information Officer at Regal Rexnord, Tim Dickson, stated: "XM Cloud is enabling us to deliver faster, smarter, and more consistent digital experiences across our global brands."
Hexagon AB, a leader in measurement technologies, has also embraced the XM Cloud platform. The company has launched a new digital expression of their brand, focusing on AI-driven content and conversational search.
