Hotwire and BMF owner Enero Group reports year end modest growth

Enero Group which counts the Hotwire and BMF businesses under its umbrella has reported a 2% year-on-year growth in EBITDA. The full figures have not been disclosed in the company's statement, issued this morning.

Despite its modest growth, the business has highlighted in its release positive outcomes for the past 12 months, including it says, Hotwire Global rebranding its performance marketing services under the name ROI·DNA and achieving Google Premier Partner status. Additionally, it says, Hotwire launched the Hotwire Global AI Lab and received industry recognition by being named to PRNEWS’ Agency Elite Top 120.

Creative agency BMF also contributed to Enero's performance, securing Westpac as a client in February. BMF's successful year was marked by multiple awards, including being named Creative Agency of the Year at the Mumbrella Awards. The agency also won HCF’s creative account in the new financial year.

Orchard, another agency under the Enero umbrella, doubled its EBITDA and achieved a 19% revenue growth in the second half of FY25. This growth was driven by its healthcare and consumer divisions. Orchard also received industry recognition, being named Customer Choice Partner of the Year (ANZ) at the Optimizely Awards.

Enero Group completed the sale of OBMedia during the fiscal year to concentrate on its agency portfolio, which includes BMF, Hotwire, ROI·DNA, and Orchard. The company is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

In the second half of FY25, Enero's EBITDA rose by 9%, while net revenue increased by 2% compared to the first half of the fiscal year. The group has emphasised the performance of its agencies as a key factor in these results.

Enero Group Chief Executive Officer Ian Ball said, "Our second half results show the strength of Enero’s portfolio and our ability to adapt to shifting market dynamics. From landmark client wins to world-class recognition, our agencies have proven they can deliver both growth and industry-leading work. This momentum sets us up for good progress in FY26."

Ball added, "As we enter FY26 with a more defined portfolio and an exclusive focus on our award-winning agencies - BMF, Hotwire, ROI·DNA and Orchard - our focus is firmly on building the next chapter of growth for Enero. Each agency has strong leadership, vision, capabilities and a track record of delivering outstanding results for clients. That focus on differentiation and innovation provides a solid foundation to create long-term value for clients, attract top talent and deliver strong returns for shareholders."
