Qualtrics, Bain expand partnership to accelerate customer experience innovation

Qualtrics and Bain & Company have expanded their go-to-market partnership, integrating Bain's customer experience methodologies with Qualtrics' AI technology to enable companies to accelerate revenue and profit growth by earning deeper customer loyalty.

The partnership builds on a long track record of collaborations to enhance customer relationships, foster learning and action, and grow the value of a company's customer base, allowing clients to more effectively measure, manage, and improve customer and employee experiences.

The expanded partnership will provide access to Bain-exclusive modules directly in the Qualtrics XM Platform. The partnership will enable organisations to instrument all elements of customer and employee experience journeys more effectively.

Bain and Qualtrics will develop AI-powered solutions that provide frontline employees near real-time feedback and coaching on their most significant customer interactions, with plans to introduce AI solutions to identify and initiate interventions designed to deepen relationships with individual customers. The partnership will initially address the needs of organisations in certain customer-centric industries, including financial services, retail, automotive, and airlines.
