UniSuper names Dani Murrie as new CMO

UniSuper has named veteran finance operator Dani Murrie as its new chief of marketing and growth, along with two other executive leadership hires.

Superannuation fund UniSuper has named a new Chief Marketing and Growth Officer, Dani Murrie, among three new executive leadership appointments.

Murrie joins from MetLife, where she was a senior consultant, and has long worked in the finance sector, including Colonial First State, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, and First Abu Dhabi Bank in the United Arab Emirates.

Her remit at the $110 billion fund, which is now open to all Australians, includes marketing, digital, product and employer partnerships.

“UniSuper has such a strong story to tell – with a history of strong long-term performance and low fees. I look forward to accelerating the lift in brand awareness and delivering an exceptional employer and customer experience,” Murrie said in a statement.

UniSuper CEO Peter Chun welcomed Murrie to the company, as well as Danielle Mair, incoming Chief Member and Advice Officer, and Anastasia Crisafi, Chief Financial Officer.
