Network 10 axes The Masked Singer and The Bachelor from 2024 slate

Network 10 has confirmed that two of its tentpole reality franchises, The Masked Singer and The Bachelor, will not be returning as part of its 2024 programming schedule.

In a statement shared with Mi3, a spokesperson for the network said: "Network 10 will be packing away the masks and roses this year, confirming that The Masked Singer and The Bachelor franchises won't appear in its program schedule."

Both programs were hosted by Osher Günsberg, who will remain with the network as the narrator of the upcoming season of Bondi Rescue.

Network did not provide a reason for the decision to axe the programs, but said it would soon be sharing "exciting news" about its content lineup for the second half of the year, which so far includes The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition, Thank God You're Here, Dessert Masters and others.
