NOVA Entertainment has expanded its commercial leadership team with several new appointments and promotions, including the appointment of Rebecca Jeffrey as Group Business Director.

Jeffrey, who has extensive experience in the digital space, will focus on driving NOVA Entertainment’s digital audio offering, with a specific emphasis on NOVA Podcasts. She previously spent a five-year tenure at Seven West Media and has held several commercial positions at Mamamia.

In addition to Jeffrey's appointment, Sophie Azzopardi, previously Group Sales Manager, has been promoted to Group Sales Director. Tom Edmonds, formerly Account Director, has also been promoted to Group Sales Manager. These changes are part of NOVA Entertainment’s commitment to invest in their all-of-audio sales team and enhance digital skills and capabilities.

Earlier this year, NOVA Entertainment welcomed Esther Carlsen as Digital Commercial Director and Nicole Bence joined as Chief Commercial Officer in 2023.
