KPMG marketing unit architect, Paul Howes promoted, new leader

Amanda Hicks will head up KPMG’s Customer, Brand & Marketing unit. Paul Howes, national lead at the marketing practice for two years, joins the consultancy’s National Executive Committee.

Former Acuity CEO Hicks joined KPMG as a partner when it acquired the market research firm and simultaneously launched its Australian marketing unit in June 2017.

Last week KPMG Australia acquired UX, web and mobile app technology firm, Love Agency, a 40-strong agency specialising in solutions for enterprise and government clients.

Last month KPMG Australia appointed former Datarati CEO and Telstra marketer Jarther Taylor as marketing director.
