Bauer Media is to acquire Pacific Magazines from Seven West Media.

The deal, expected to complete late 2019 or early 2020 subject to ACCC clearance, will bring together over 50 complementary titles across women’s entertainment and lifestyle, fashion, beauty and health, and food and homes categories.
