HubSpot unveils new AI-powered Service and Content Hubs

Customer relationship management (CRM) platform HubSpot, has launched all-new Service and Content Hubs, along with the global availability of its Commerce Hub, to meet the evolving needs of small and medium businesses.

Announcement as part of HubSpot's new biannual product showcase, Spotlight, the new hubs expand the tools available to marketing, sales and service teams on the platform.

The new Service Hub, powered by HubSpot AI, is designed to bring together support and success for the first time, enabling CX leaders to scale support and drive retention. It includes features such as Help Desk Workspace, advanced SLAs, robust routing tools, workforce management settings and APIs. It also includes a Customer Success Workspace, currently available in beta, which features account activity & pipelines, customer health scores, and product usage integrations with essential apps.

"Marketing, sales, and service teams are going through a major shift as technology and customer expectations evolve. If these customer-facing teams don't have the right tools, businesses won't grow," said Executive Vice President of Product at HubSpot, Andy Pitre.

The Service Hub features over a dozen AI-powered tools, including a GPT-powered Chatbot, Real-time Reply Recommendations and Conversation Summaries, and Suggested next steps.

The Content Hub, also powered by HubSpot AI, is an all-in-one content marketing solution. It includes features such as AI Content Creation, Content Remix, Brand Voice, Audio tooling, and Members Blog and Gated Content Library.

"Right now, innovation happens in days, not years. It’s a huge opportunity for SMBs, but keeping up with the pace of innovation can be daunting. That's why we've launched Spotlight: to make it easy for our customers to take advantage of everything that HubSpot has built for their reinvention," said Pitre.

HubSpot has also announced the global availability of its Commerce Hub in partnership with Stripe, offering local payment methods and multicurrency capabilities. The Commerce Hub includes enhanced tools to manage invoices, subscriptions, and payment schedules, local payment methods, a new Quickbooks integration, and a new API for payments, invoices, and subscriptions.
