Vince Lagana leaves The Monkeys for new opportunities

“My time at The Monkeys was intense, but also exceptionally rewarding," Vince Lagana says.

After three years as Executive Creative Director at The Monkeys, Vince Lagana has decided to leave to explore new opportunities.

Vince Lagana is leaving The Monkeys after three years as Executive Creative Director.

Lagana, formerly ECD at Leo Burnett Sydney, has overseen many major campaigns, including NRMA’s Every Home is Worth Protecting, the NRL’s Still Simply the Best, Canadian Club’s Over Beer?, and Telstra’s Australia is Why.

Lagana says: “I’ve really enjoyed these three years as ECD at The Monkeys but now feels like the right time in my career to pursue other new and exciting opportunities,” he said in a statement.

Prior to The Monkeys, he worked on Coca Cola’s Coke Small World Machines, Bundaberg Rum’s Road to Recovery, and many other campaigns. His work for Coca Cola is featured in MOMA in New York and the Clio Hall of Fame. He and his teams have won hundreds of awards, including 40 Cannes Lions and multiple D&AD Pencils.
