Snap has released Lens Studio version 5.10, introducing the Bitmoji Suite and new Games assets. This update is aimed at supporting over 375,000 augmented reality (AR) creators, developers, and teams in their efforts to build games.

The latest version of Lens Studio includes a new collection of single-player and turn-based Bitmoji Game Lenses available on Snapchat. The Bitmoji Suite is designed to enhance personalization and animation of Bitmoji characters. This includes features such as custom outfits, Bitmoji-stylized props, and animations. The suite is integrated with Games components in the Asset Library, facilitating the creation of Bitmoji Game Lenses.

Among the new Games components are a turn-based component, a Character Controller, and updates to the Leaderboard. These additions are intended to provide developers with more tools to create engaging and interactive gaming experiences.

Snap is also launching the Bitmojiverse Challenge, which invites developers to utilise the Bitmoji Suite and Games assets for a chance to win cash prizes. This initiative is part of Snap's broader strategy to incentivise creativity and innovation within its community of AR creators and developers.

In addition to the Bitmojiverse Challenge, Lens Creators have the opportunity to earn monetary rewards through the Lens Creator Rewards program. This program is designed to financially reward creators for high-performing Lenses, further encouraging the development of popular and engaging content.
