Decidr partners with AIM to embed AI in education
Decidr has entered into a commercial agreement with Scentia Australia Pty Ltd, the operator of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), in a deal that will see the ASX-listed AI engine's agentic technology integrated across AIM's learning and education ecosystem for an initial term of two years.
The agreement outlines the implementation of the Decidr platform throughout AIM's business operations. This will involve the deployment of AI agents for various functions, including real-time coaching, adaptive assessment, dynamic content sequencing, enrolment discovery and support, as well as backend automation.
As part of the partnership, Decidr and AIM plan to develop a new Agentic AI application specifically tailored for AIM's corporate clientele. This initiative aims to enhance the educational offerings provided by AIM to its customers.
Executive Chairman of Decidr, David Brudenell, said: "Our strategy of embedding Decidr agents through trusted domain partners continues to gain momentum. Following the success of our AI Mentor products with Growth Faculty, we’re proud to be partnering with AIM to bring tailored, scalable AI solutions to one of Australia’s most respected education brands. This marks another step in building a defensible, partner-powered ecosystem that extends Decidr’s reach into high-impact business environments."
Chief Technology Officer at AIM, Steven Smith, said: "Partnering with Decidr reflects our commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation in education. By embedding Agentic AI into our learner experience, we can deliver more personalised, scalable, and engaging pathways for professionals and organisations alike. This collaboration builds on our digital evolution and strengthens our ability to provide meaningful outcomes across Australia’s workforce."
The partnership builds on Decidr's previous collaboration with Growth Faculty, where they co-developed and launched AI Mentor, a leadership learning tool. Decidr's technology is already utilised across HR, content, and employment sectors with companies such as CareerOne, Go1, ELMO, and Growth Faculty.
