Eagle Eye, Ecrebo join forces to enhance retail marketing at checkout
Eagle Eye, a SaaS and AI technology company, has forged a partnership with global technology company Ecrebo to enhance real-time, personalised receipt messaging for retailers globally.
The partnership aims to integrate Eagle Eye's AIR platform with Ecrebo's POS marketing technology to deliver personalised messages, promotions, and rewards on customers' physical and digital shopping receipts. The collaboration is anticipated to increase loyalty program engagement, boost promotional efficiency, and drive incremental sales.
Use cases for the partnership include incentivising loyalty program sign-ups, driving higher retail media engagement, incentivising app downloads, issuing personalised product or category recommendations, and developing new revenue streams through marketing campaigns via receipts.
Eagle Eye's AIR platform is a significant player in the market, executing over 850 million personalised offers weekly and hosting over 500 million loyalty member wallets globally. The platform is utilised by major retailers such as Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, John Lewis & Partners, JD Sports, Pret a Manger, Loblaws, Southeastern Grocers, Giant Eagle, and the Woolworths Group.
Ecrebo processes over 5 billion retail transactions annually and has recently issued its 5 billionth promotional customer message. The company powers POS marketing for brands like Albertsons, Southeastern Grocers, Waitrose, and B&Q.
