Kellogg's rounds up reality highlights in new weekly series on 7plus

The Seven Network's in-house creative team, Red Engine, has collaborated with Kellogg's to produce a new short-form series, 'Reality Check', targeting the TikTok generation with a weekly roundup of notable moments from reality TV.

'Reality Check' will premiere on 7plus, with episodes scheduled for release every Friday. The series will be hosted by emerging comedians and social media creators Starr McGowan and Adrian Konarski. The setting for the series is described as a 'cosy, eclectic, culture-coded lounge room', where the hosts will cover major reality TV shows such as 'Farmer Wants A Wife' and 'MasterChef Australia'.

The series is being promoted as a 'market-first partnership' with Kellogg's, with a focus on premium brand integration.

Seven’s National Digital Sales Director, Jordan King, said: "We are proud to launch a market-first partnership with Kellogg’s, setting a new benchmark for premium brand integration on 7plus." The series is planned to run for a total of 15 weeks.

Kellanova Senior Brand Manager, Lauren Maddocks, said: "As part of our new Masterbrand platform, we’re finding fresh ways to show up in culture and connect with Australians through what matters most: honest conversations, relatable moments, and a touch of humour... Partnering with Seven Network and Red Engine to create something original, has set a new benchmark for brand integrations, one that not only cuts through but genuinely adds to the viewing experience. We’re bringing Kellogg’s into the heart of pop culture in a way that feels fresh, relevant and completely ‘For Real’."

The production team for 'Reality Check' includes Series Producer Alex Knock and Senior Creative/Director Samantha Power, among others.
