Monday.com nabs Google Workplace marketer Harris Beber for global CMO role
Workplace software Monday.com has appointed Google Workplace's Harris Beber to the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective from July 3, 2025.
Beber brings over two decades of marketing leadership experience to the business, having spent the last two years as Google Workplace CMO, and as CMO of Google subsidiary Waze before that. He has also spent stints as chief marketer for Vimeo and held various marketing leadership roles at The Nature’s Bounty Co., Amazon, and Shutterfly. At Google Workspace, Beber led global marketing efforts with a focus on AI innovations.
At Monday.com he will be based in the company's New York office and will report directly to co-founders and co-CEOs Roy Mann and Eran Zinman. Beber will oversee the global marketing organisation, which includes responsibilities for brand management, performance marketing, demand generation, and communications.
During his tenure as CMO at Waze, Beber scaled global marketing initiatives and integrated them across Google's Geo portfolio. At Vimeo, he was instrumental in taking the company public, tripling its user base, and achieving a 400% increase in revenue. His extensive experience in scaling marketing efforts and driving growth is expected to be a valuable asset to monday.com as it continues to expand its global footprint.
