Cognizant has signed a strategic partnership with enterprise AI company Writer to facilitate the deployment of secure, specialised AI agents at scale. The collaboration is particularly targeted at regulated industries, including financial services and life sciences.

The partnership aims to combine Cognizant's industry knowledge with Writer's AI technology to enhance operational efficiency, streamline decision-making, and bolster competitive advantage for businesses. Writer's platform is built on proprietary Palmyra models, which are fine-tuned for specific business and industry use cases. It also features an enterprise-grade knowledge retrieval system.

The focus of the collaboration is to transition organisations from AI pilot projects to enterprise-scale adoption, with a strong emphasis on security and compliance. Cognizant will work with clients to explore and implement use cases powered by Writer’s pre-built industry agents and custom-created agents through Writer’s Agent Builder.
