HCLTech has signed a multi-year strategic partnership with OpenAI to accelerate the adoption of generative AI across large enterprises, becoming one of the first strategic services to partner with the ChatGPT creator on a global scale.

The collaboration will see OpenAI's models integrated into HCLTech's proprietary AI platforms, including AI Force and AI Foundry. The initiative is designed to enable large enterprises to embed generative AI into their business operations securely and at scale. HCLTech will provide services that cover the full AI lifecycle, which includes AI readiness assessments, model integration, governance, and change management.

HCLTech plans to implement ChatGPT Enterprise and OpenAI APIs internally for its employees. This move is part of the company's broader strategy to leverage AI technologies to enhance its operational capabilities.
