Publicis Sapient has completed the acquisition of Australia-based management consultancy firm, Third Horizon.

The firm said the acquisition expands end-to-end digital transformation capabilities available to clients globally, deepening strategy and consulting expertise across industries.

The acquisition gives Third Horizon clients access to Publicis Sapient’s scale, some 20,000 professionals across 53 offices.
